Eight service areas across seven states. Bring us your land — we'll bring the plan, the trades, and the standard.
Showing 7 Service Areas
DelawareFrom the Brandywine Valley to the Sussex County coast, if you own a lot in Delaware, we will build on it. The feasibility review comes first — and the no-sales-tax math tends to find its way into the finish budget.
FloridaFrom the Gulf coast to the First Coast, if you hold a lot near Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville, Florida, we will build on it. Our feasibility review accounts for what Florida land actually asks — drainage, elevation, the summer weather — and our plans are drawn to take it.
MarylandWhether your lot sits near the water around Annapolis or up in the Baltimore County valleys, Maryland, we will build on it. The feasibility review reads the site — critical-area rules near the bay included — before anyone reaches for a plan.
MichiganIf you own a lot near Ann Arbor or Grand Rapids, Michigan — river-country acreage or an established-neighborhood infill — we will build on it. The feasibility review accounts for frost depth and the building envelope, because a house here has to earn its keep in January.
North CarolinaIf you own a lot in the Triangle or around Charlotte, North Carolina — a wooded acre, a family parcel, an infill lot in an established neighborhood — we will build on it. The feasibility review comes first, and it is candid about what the site can and cannot hold.
TexasIf you own land in the Texas Hill Country or the metros around Austin, San Antonio, or Dallas–Fort Worth, we will build on it. A feasibility review reads your lot honestly — grade, trees, access, utilities — before anyone talks plans. Then we fit one of our plans to the land you already love.
VirginiaFrom Loudoun and Prince William horse country to the James River land west of Richmond, Virginia, if you own the lot, we will build on it. Our feasibility review handles the parts that trip up owner builds here — well and septic, easements, the county — before you fall for a plan.
We visit your lot, review access, utilities, and grade, and tell you plainly what it will take to build there.
Choose from the plans we build in your service area. We orient it to your site's light, views, and slope.
One fixed contract, one site manager, the same specification we hold in every Vantera community.
